GOODS and DISPATCH

Limited stock is carried with regards to prints, however all greetings cards and calendars will normally be in stock. Prints are normally made to order and this may take up to 14 days.

Dispatch will be within 14 days of receipt of order (if paid by credit/debit card), or within 14 days of payment clearance if paying by cheque or foreign draft. All orders received will be acknowledged and confirmed by e-mail.

The order will be dispatched sooner if I have the prints or cards in stock, but if you need the items by a specific date contact me to discuss your requirements. On the day of dispatch I will send an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

REFUNDS and RETURNS

If for any reason you change your mind about the products you ordered and wish to cancel your order, then providing that within 7 days of receiving the products you notify me of that fact, you will receive a full refund upon receipt by me of the goods being returned in good condition. If you are unable to ship the goods to me I will arrange collection from the delivery address, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

COLOURS

My own computer equipment, and the printing processes I employ are colour calibrated to international standards using the methods of colour management. This enables maximum accuracy in the reproduction of colours on other calibrated equipment. I can be sure therefore that what I see on screen is what will appear in print within the limits of the printing device I employ.

Even in a colour managed environment an image printed on one device may be subtly different from the same image printed on another device. This is as a result of different printing devices using different paper and inks, however a colour managed environment will reduce these colour shifts to an absolute minimum.

If the monitor you are using to view my photographs is not professionally calibrated and profiled with equipment designed for that purpose then what you see on screen may not be a good guide to the actual colours in the printed image.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

When you have made your order selection, the actual processing of your card is carried out by WorldPay plc, one of the longest established companies in eCommerce worldwide, whose secure leading-edge systems are bank-endorsed.

While you are online, your card details will be authenticated by WorldPay (this only takes a few seconds) and the transaction will take place in real-time online through the WorldPay secure server.

You will be able to pay for your purchases in any of the following currencies: Great British Pounds, United States Dollars, and the Euro.

Your card account statement will indicate that this cost has been debited to LFEM Ltd / WORLDPAY.

As the actual card processing is carried out and kept secure by WorldPay, I have no access to your card details.

Cheque or foreign draft payment will be accepted but it should be noted that dispatch will be within 14 days of payment clearance, nor within 14 days or the order being placed as with Credit Card payment. Cheques should be made payable to LFEM Ltd and are to be accompanied by the mail order form which can be printed from this site.

SHIPPING

I will replace any products damaged in transit upon the return of the original damaged goods, and reimburse your dispatch costs for returning the goods.
