Image Details
I came across this tree stump in Glen Kerry and the low winter sun was highlighting its weathered appearance. It had obviously been cut a few years back and here and there were signs of fungi starting to grow on it's surface.
I thought it made an excellent subject for a photograph and looked forward to being able to see the detail much enlarged when the film was processed and printed.
